Knowing Your Resources

The other important step is knowing what to do once you have found a property that will be a money maker.  You have plenty of choices, so you want to be well informed on all of your options.  For example, it's very easy by a property will a seller carry back mortgage, do some aesthetic renovations, then rent out the property, allowing the renters to pay the mortgage.  Others prefer to do a "quick flip," or sell the property almost immediately after purchase.
